What You’ll Do

• Represent clean energy solutions through face-to-face marketing and direct sales
• Present Mpower’s services with confidence and enthusiasm
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop leads into successful partnerships
• Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Keep up with market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities

• Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Sales, retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
• Most importantly: energy, ambition, and a willingness to learn!

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation is a plus
• No sales experience required—comprehensive training provided
