MPower Direct is expanding our Harrisburg team! We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want an opportunity to grow. No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid training and hands-on coaching.

This is a face-to-face sales position where you'll meet with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, introduce our energy supplier's program, and assist interested customers with enrollment.

What You Can Earn

• $700–$1,200+ weekly average earnings

• Base pay + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses and incentives 

• Weekly pay

• New Start Bonus up to $1,500

• Top performers earning $75K–$130K+ annually

What You'll Do

• Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned Harrisburg neighborhoods

• Build relationships and explain energy options

• Answer questions and assist with enrollment

• Participate in training and team development

• Work toward individual and team goals

Qualifications

• No degree or previous sales experience required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18+
