Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Be Doing Chicago homeowners have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. You’ll help them understand their options and make an informed choice.
  • Meet homeowners face-to-face in assigned Chicago neighborhoods
  • Explain the program clearly, accurately, and honestly
  • Enroll customers yourself, with no handing deals off to a closer
  • Represent MPower Direct professionally in every conversation
  • Train daily and work toward individual and team goals
