What You'll Do
- Educate residents on energy efficiency and green energy solutions.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process.
- Build strong communication and customer service skills.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.
Compensation
Weekly Pay
Our compensation structure rewards consistency, performance, and leadership with multiple opportunities to increase your earnings.
Earning Opportunities Include
Base Pay: +$15,600 - +$35,000 Yearly.
Uncapped Commission: +$35,000 - +$150,000 Yearly .
New Hire Performance Bonus (Bingo) for new hires: $500 - one-time bonus.
New Hire Quota Bonus (50 in 5): $1,000 - one-time bonus.
Weekend Incentives: Commission paid out 1.5X's more Sat-Sun. Additional +$100 to +$2,500 Weekly .
Promotion Bonuses: +$5,200 with each promotion - total potential earnings +$25,800.
Pop-Up Performance Bonuses: Managers discretion +$1,200 to +$2,400 Yearly.
Team Competitions & Incentives: Companywide and inter-office Competitions. (Individual & Teams) +$2,000 to +$10,000 Yearly.
Driver Stipend (eligible positions): +$200 Weekly.
Meter Madness Team Bonus: Winning office receives a +$10,000-$12,000 split amongst team.
