MPower Direct is a leading energy company helping homeowners across the East Coast make the switch to clean, affordable energy. We're looking for entry-level sales representatives in Philadelphia who are ready to put in the work, build real skills, and get paid every week for it. This isn't an office job. You'll be out in Philadelphia neighborhoods having real conversations with homeowners about their energy options. No experience needed. We don't expect you to know everything — that's our job. You'll get structured training, real-world practice, and daily mentorship so you can start earning quickly and improve every week.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work assigned Philadelphia neighborhoods meeting customers face-to-face
• Present energy-saving options to homeowners in a simple, conversational way
• Enroll customers using MPower's proven process
• Hit daily and weekly activity goals set by your team lead
• Show up, stay coachable, and grow every single day

Who You Are

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Optional weekends for additional earning opportunities
