What You’ll Do

● Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
● Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face
● Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
● Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
● Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
● Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and
mentorship

Compensation & Benefits

● Weekly pay
● Uncapped commission structure
● Most new reps earn $700-$1,200/week during training and ramp-up
● Successful reps typically earn $1,200-$2,000+/week
● Top performers earn significantly more

What We’re Looking For

● Strong communication skills and positive attitude

● Reliable with full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM)
● Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
● Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
