Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working residential neighborhoods across Pittsburgh, Cranberry Township, Washington PA, Bethel Park, Canonsburg, Monroeville, Bridgeville, and Aliquippa—meeting homeowners face-to-face and helping them make a smarter energy decision.

Pennsylvania residents have the legal right to choose their renewable energy supplier for both electric and gas. Most don't know it. You're the one who changes that and gets paid every week for doing it.

  • Connect with homeowners and start real, straightforward conversations about energy savings
  • Educate customers clearly so they feel confident making a decision
  • Walk customers through an accurate enrollment process start to finish
  • Hit weekly activity goals and manage your own pipeline
  • Grow into leadership based on your results—not your tenure

Compensation

  • $900–$1,500/week (base + commission + bonuses)
  • On-Target Earnings: $75,000–$104,000+
  • Top performers: $2,800+/week
  • Weekly pay
  • New Start Bonus — up to $1,500 in your first few weeks
  • Performance bonuses and contest incentives
  • Uncapped commission — no ceiling on what you can earn

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales — you've done this before and have results to show
  • Self-managed, competitive, and income-driven
  • Coachable — open to a proven system even if you've had success before
  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM
  • 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Previous experience in field sales, D2D, telecom, or home services puts you first in line
