Are you ambitious and ready to earn real money? Our Queens sales team is growing fast, and we're looking for motivated individuals ready to join a high-performance, high-earning environment.

This is a full-time role where you'll generate leads, meet with customers, and close deals from start to finish. With weekly pay, guaranteed earnings, and uncapped commissions, average reps earn $1,200–$1,500 per week, while top performers earn $2,000–$4,000+/week—translating to $62K–$200K+ annually.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

At MPower, you're not just talking about renewable energy—you're helping homeowners across Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Staten Island, Jamaica, and surrounding communities make confident, informed decisions about their energy.

  • Generate your own leads and meet customers across the NYC metro area
  • Present solutions, build relationships, and close deals from start to finish
  • Walk customers through a smooth, accurate enrollment process
  • Manage your pipeline and hit weekly performance goals
  • Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and coaching
  • Grow into leadership opportunities as your results speak for themselves

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and growth-minded
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus—full training provided
  • Previous D2D, telecom, or retail sales background? You're already ahead
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
