What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to explain energy-saving programs
• Help customers reduce and stabilize their monthly energy bills
• Answer questions and provide clear, simple solutions
• Build confidence, communication skills, and sales experience
• Track your progress and increase your earnings over time

No Experience? No Problem.
We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support so you can start earning and improving quickly.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Optional weekends available

Pay & Earning Potential

• $55,000 – $85,000+ annually (base + bonuses + commissions)
• Uncapped earning potential — performance-driven pay structure
• Opportunities to increase income quickly through consistency and results
