Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities: 
  • Canvass neighboorhoods and engage with homeowners to discuss clean energy options at their door
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of renewable energy
  • Assist customers through the enrollment process
  • Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and compliance standards
  • Train, mentor, and hold reps accountable while fostering a competitive, goal-driven culture.

Schedule & Location

Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekends Optional 
Field-based leadership role - Newark, NJ

Who We’re Looking For: 

  • 1+ years of direct sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience preferred not required 

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

  • Ability to train, motivate, and hold others accountable

  • Strong communication and closing skills

  • High energy and resilience in a performance-driven environment

  • Solar or renewable experience is a plus (not required)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
