No prior sales experience? No problem! We provide full training, coaching, and support so you can succeed and grow quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners across DC to explain programs that save them money on energy bills
• Help families reduce and stabilize their monthly energy costs
• Provide friendly guidance and answer questions about energy options
• Split your time between office training and hands-on community engagement
• Track your progress, improve your skills, and earn more as you grow

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated and goal-oriented individuals
• Comfortable speaking with people and building connections
• Previous customer service, retail, or team-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Reliable, self-driven, and ready to take ownership of your success

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Optional weekends

Pay & Earning Potential

• $45,000 – $85,000/year (base + bonuses)
• Most new hires average around $55,000+ with consistent effort
• Average weekly earnings: $800 – $1,300+
• Top performers: $1,500+ per week
