What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by working directly with customers
• Support and guide a small team of representatives
• Help train new team members on communication and customer interactions
• Assist with daily team check-ins and motivation
• Ensure a positive and productive team environment
• Contribute to team hiring and onboarding efforts

You’ll split your time between team support, training, and customer interaction, staying hands-on while building leadership experience.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Optional weekend opportunities

Pay & Earning Potential

• $55,000 – $85,000/year (base + bonuses)
• Average weekly earnings: $1,000 – $1,500+
• Additional earnings through team support and leadership responsibilities
