This is a full-time, field-based role where you’ll generate your own leads, meet with homeowners, and close solar deals from start to finish. No prior solar experience is required—we provide paid training and a proven system to help you get up and run quickly. Compensation includes a $500 weekly base pay plus uncapped commission, with most reps earning $2,000–$3,000+ per week once ramped.

On-Target Earnings: $145,000–$200,000+ annually
Base Pay: $500 weekly
Commission: $250 per kilowatt (kW) sold
