We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Recruitment Manager at our Brooklyn Headquarters. We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on professional to lead our recruitment strategy and oversee our well-established, growing recruitment team.
This role focuses on Recruitment team management, stakeholder engagement and data analytics. You will lead your team to achieve objectives, foster collaboration, engage with leadership, and analyze trends to drive informed decision-making. Success requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective people leadership.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this role include:


· Ensure each office is equipped with the necessary personnel to meet recruitment and administrative needs effectively.
· Design and implement training programs tailored to address skill gaps and individual development needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
· Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support and develop the recruitment team, enhancing their professional capabilities.
· Assess recruitment requirements and develop strategic solutions to streamline and optimize the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
· Negotiate terms and agreements with external vendors and recruitment agencies to support and enhance hiring initiatives.
· Generate detailed reports on hiring progress and market trends, analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
· Leverage data insights to refine and enhance recruitment strategies and improve the overall recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
-Travel requirement to offices interstate

Qualifications

To be successful in this role:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with full-cycle recruitment internal or agency role
  • 3+ years’ experience in direct leadership role managing recruitment teams
  • Ambitious individual with a self-starter mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Skilled in organization, attention to detail, and fostering positive connections
  • Capable of efficiently handling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks, as well as flexibility to travel as required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites

Compensation:

 

Base Pay: 70,000 to 85,000 depending on experience level
