Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales appointments with prospective customers at their home
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
  • Participate in daily in-office training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building and mentorship from our leaders
  • Support Solar Account Executives through effective communication and note taking
  • Exceed personal sales targets
  • Review team performance and provide ongoing training
  • Provide daily training sessions
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
1+ Years of Direct Sales Experience
1+ Years of Experience with training sales representatives
Strong work ethic
Charismatic
Effective communication skills
Ability to meet and exceed set goals
Ability to build and coach a team
Team and goal-oriented
Ensure proper presentation of the company and its capabilities
Ambitious


Compensation:

Yearly OTE  $117,000K + 
Competitive weekly pay, including base salary, uncapped commission, overrides, and
bonuses
