Since 2009, we’ve invested in people—developing our in-house sales team into powerful leaders in the solar space. We are currently hiring for a Sales Consultant to join our Queens Solar Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers in their home
  • Educate potential clients about the benefits of solar – saving + environment
  • Analyze electricity usage, confirm customer wants and needs while developing rapport to enable you to close the sale
  • Manage accounts from an initial consultation to installation
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building and mentoring from our leaders

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications for Sales Consultant:
1+ year of experience in sales (automotive, real estate, or home improvement
industries preferred)
Must be able to commute to Queens
Comfortable going door-to-door or meeting customers in-home
Motivated by growth and earning potential
Hungry but humble — you don’t need to be the loudest to be the best
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive, solution-oriented attitude
Outgoing personality
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
