We proudly offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Residential Sales Manager at our Chicago office.

We're searching for a dynamic and experienced Direct Sales Manager to join our growing team and take charge of expanding our customer base. This differs from your average sales job as you'll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing industry, helping homeowners switch to clean, renewable energy. This role requires someone with a strategic mind, a relentless work ethic, a constant desire for growth, and the ability to build a high-performing sales

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the sales staff throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, training and development, and HR processes
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Ensuring the development of the employees under your management
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the
  • company's customer base
  • Maximizing all sales efforts
  • Articulately and effectively building rapport while generating new sales and ensuring the best possible customer service experience

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' prior Direct Sales/marketing or similar experience with a strong performance record
  • Prior managerial background and ability to develop and coach a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle
  • Unrivalled interpersonal skill - you're an expert at determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
  • Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands

Income/Benefit Expectation:

  • On-Target Earnings: $120,000 ++ Annually
  • Base Salary: $60,000 annually
  • Commission and Overrides
  • Health Insurance: $300 Monthly stipend
