Due to our expansion we are looking to add an Energy Impact Specialist to our sales force.

In this role they will be responsible for building rapport with customers while educating  them on the benefits of renewable energy.  Ideal candidates will be self motivated and customer oriented.

Responsiblities:

• Make enrollments easy, accurate, and stress-free while following compliance standards.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Build trust and answer questions with positivity and professionalism.
• Represent Mpower Direct with confidence, energy, and integrity.

Benefits:

• Attractive compensation package OTE ( 35,000-60,000)

Qualification 

• Excellent communication skills with a confident, positive presence

• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and grow

• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training
