At MPower, we’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals to join our team as Direct Marketing Energy Consultants. This is more than a job—it's a career launchpad for those who are coachable, driven, and eager to lead. You’ll work directly with homeowners to share the benefits of clean, renewable energy while gaining the mentorship and training needed to grow into leadership—often within your first 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with homeowners to educate them about clean energy solutions

  • Schedule appointments for our Solar Specialists to follow up with interested homeowners

  • Guide customers through the enrollment process with professionalism and full compliance

  • Stay up-to-date on MPower Direct’s services and clean energy solutions

  • Use industry-leading tools and training to maximize your performance and earnings

  • Log daily activity and performance metrics

  • Represent the MPower brand with enthusiasm and integrity

 

 

Incentives:

  • Competitive Pay: Weekly base salary + commissions + performance bonuses

  • On-Target Earnings: $50,000–$72,000 annually
