Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our direct marketing team in Queens, NY. As an Energy Sales Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of clean energy, and assist with cutsomer enrollment. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in sales and marketing.

Location: 165-10 Jamaica Ave, Jamaica, NY 11405
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (No weekends)
Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses
OTE: $32,000 to $58,000 annually (based on performance)

  • Engage with homeowners to discuss clean energy options on the field
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of renewable energy
  • Assist customers through the enrollment process
  • Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and compliance standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Energetic and motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with people face-to-face
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to commute to our Queens, NY location
