Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
  • Represent our services to local residential customers
  • Work in pre-assigned Cincinnati territories (no cold calling)
  • Follow a proven sales process with ongoing leadership support
  • Set and meet personal and team goals
  • Earn and grow in a high-energy, team-based environment

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Coachable, dependable, and motivated to succeed
  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Available Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
  • Sales experience is welcome but not required

  • $36,000–$96,000+ first-year earning potential
  • Guaranteed weekly base pay + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
