Energy Sales Junior Team Leader

Given our recent expansion, we seek outgoing leaders to join our Harrisburg office! These individuals will collaborate closely with management and seasoned team members to drive our office toward record-breaking sales goals!

Responsibilities:

• Exceed personal sales targets
• Review team performance and provide ongoing training
• Provide daily training sessions
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best
• Ensure proper presentation of the company and its capabilities

Job Requirements:

• 1+ Years of Direct Sales / Canvassing Experience 
• 1+ Years Experience with training sales representatives
• Ability to set, meet, and exceed goals
• Ability to build and coach a team 
• Team and goal-oriented
• Ambitious 
• Charismatic 
• Strong work ethic
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: 

• OTE Starting Rate: $52,000.00
• Competitive weekly pay, including base salary, uncapped commission, overrides, and bonuses.
