opportunity for a Recruitment Manager at our Brooklyn

Headquarters. We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on

professional to lead our recruitment strategy and oversee our well-

established and growing Direct Sales recruitment team.

This role focuses on team management, stakeholder engagement, data

analytics, and talent acquisition. You will lead your team to achieve

objectives, foster collaboration, engage with leadership, and analyze

trends to drive informed decision-making. Success requires a balance of

strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective people leadership.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Ensure each office is equipped with the necessary personnel to

meet recruitment and administrative needs effectively.

  • Design and implement training programs tailored to address skill

gaps and individual development needs, fostering a culture of

continuous learning and growth.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and performance

feedback to support and develop the Direct Sales recruitment team, enhancing

their professional capabilities.

  • Assess recruitment requirements and develop strategic solutions

to streamline and optimize the recruitment process, ensuring

efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Negotiate terms and agreements with external vendors and

recruitment agencies to support and enhance hiring initiatives.

  • Generate detailed reports on hiring progress and market trends,

analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Leverage data insights to refine and enhance recruitment

strategies and improve the overall recruitment process, ensuring

alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with full-cycle recruitment internal or agency role preferably in Direct Sales Recruitment or volume Sales Recruitment
  • 3+ years’ experience in direct leadership role managing teams recruitment teams
  • Ambitious individual with a self-starter mindset and open to 25% travel requirement
  • Dynamic and motivational individual with exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Skilled in organization, attention to detail, and fostering positive connections
  • Capable of efficiently handling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office ,Google Suites and ATS reporting

Compensation:

Base pay: $70 - $85,000 per annum based on experience

Quarterly Bonus: Based on team performance

Health Insurance: Dental and Vision.*

Retirement Package: Option to contribute to a 401K.*

Paid Time Off (PTO): Total of 22 days during employee’s first year

eligible after 30 days).
