Since 2009, we’ve invested in people—developing our in-house sales team into powerful leaders in the solar space.

We are currently hiring Sales Executives to join our Staten Island team.

Responsibilities

What does a Sales Executive do at Mpower? 

  • Conduct consultations and build strong customer rapport
  • Help homeowners understand the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
  • Strategically guide prospects through the decision-making process
  • Participate in weekly trainings designed to refine your skills and grow your income

Qualifications

Desired qualifications for Sales Executive:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales (automotive, real estate, or home improvement industries preferred)

  • Must be able to commute to Staten Island
  • Comfortable going door-to-door or meeting customers in-home

  • Motivated by growth and earning potential

  • Hungry but humble — you don’t need to be the loudest to be the best

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude

  • Outgoing personality

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
