Responsibilities

What is a Solar Specialist? 

In this role, you will conduct Solar consultations with homeowners to analyze their electricity usage , explain the energy offset and incentives they may qualify for.  To ensure a great customer experience, you will also be their main point of contact until the panels are installed on their roof. Daily leads will be provided by number the #1 Solar Setter team in NYC . The role has two built in career paths, one for a Sr level Specialist and the other for District Sales Management.

 

While the ideal candidate would be an experienced sales professional or have experience negotiating  with Homeowners, we are willing to train a Bilingual candidate who is career-oriented, with a strong positive mental attitude, naturally charismatic, and/or looking for a team to build generational wealth with.

 

Qualifications

Income Expectation:

40K starting Salary plus Commission, On Target Earnings: $130k-$200k

W2

 

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle

Comfortable and confident at giving presentations.

English/Spanish and English/ Mandarin Chinese bilingual preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
