We proudly offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Residential Solar Setter Manager at our Staten Island office. We're searching for a dynamic and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead the charge in expanding our customer base. This is not your average sales job as you'll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing industry, helping homeowners make the switch to clean, renewable energy.

 

This role requires someone with a strategic mind, a relentless work ethic, a constant desire for growth, and the ability to build a high-performing sales team.

 

Income Expectation:  

  • On-Target Earnings: $115,000 Annually
  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • Commission: $300 / Sit
  • Overrides: 15% on the setter commission on all sits
  • Health Insurance: $300 Monthly stipend
  • Plus, additional bonuses based on office performance

Responsibilities

  •  Overseeing the sales staff throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, training and development, and HR processes
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Ensuring the development of the employees under your management
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the
  • company's customer base
  • Maximizing all lead generation
  • Articulately and effectively building rapport while generating new leads and ensuring the best possible customer service experience

 

Qualifications

  •  3+ years' prior direct marketing or similar experience with a strong performance record 
  • Prior managerial background and ability to develop and coach a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle 
  • Unrivaled interpersonal skill - you're an expert at determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact 
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder 
  • Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands
